SAGE has four separate offices in Manhattan. The majority of our programming takes place at our Community Services Office in the LGBT Center and at our Harlem HEAT Office in the Harlem Independent Living Center. Clinical & Social Service Office
SAGE's Clinical & Social Services office is located at 305 Seventh Avenue, 6th Floor, between 27th and 28th Street. To reach this office, take the 1 train to 28th Street.
Development & Operations Office
SAGE's Development & Operations office is located at 305 Seventh Avenue, 6th Floor, between 27th and 28th Street. To reach this office, take the 1 train to 28th Street.
Community Services Office
SAGE's Community Services office is located in the LGBT Community Center at 208 West 13th Street, between 7th and Greenwich Avenues. To reach this office, take the 1, 2, or 3 train to 14th Street.
Harlem Office
SAGE's Harlem office is located in the historic Theresa Hotel, located at 2090 Seventh Avenue, Suite 201. To reach this office, take the A, B, C, or D train to 125th Street.
