CRITERIA FOR ADDING EVENTS TO THE SageConnect CALENDAR
Events should be posted on the SageConnect main calendar if they are of general interest to those working in the GLBT aging field and have a scope other than purely local.
For example, the annual NCOA/ASA Conference, SAGE's 4th National Conference on GLBT Aging, and the deadline to submit a workshop proposal for an important regional conference would be appropriate and helpful to the entire SageConnect membership. A training in a local senior center or an organizations' local membership event would be best placed on the organization's community calendar only.
